Welcome to sorting-hat.com, a fan site that will test your knowledge of the Harry Potter books. You can undergo the Sorting Hat Ceremony to discover which House you belong to at Hogwarts School of Magic. For those who want to really test their knowledge of the books, you can take Final Exams - one for each Year, corresponding to one for each of the five (so far) Potter books. Of course since you mark them yourself, you could cheat - but then, what would be the point of doing them? First Year Exam (Harry Potter and the Philosopher's or Sorcerer's Stone) Fifth Year Exam (Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix) Note: The Tests are now all able to be done online if your browser is Javascript-enabled. If not, don't worry. The low-tech versions that you mark by hand are still available too. You can also buy either the English or American versions of the Potter books through Amazon from this site, for which I earn a small commission that assists me to maintain the site. I'm NOT a fulltime obsessive fan myself, just a regular-level fan who happens to be a webmaster & created this site as a one-off before the movies even came out. I don't keep up with the whole huge Harry Potter culture that's since sprung up. But I can give you a few links if that's what you're looking for. And please DON'T steal my bandwidth by serving graphics from this site. It's just not nice to steal.
